As part of the efforts to improve the court experience for court users, the Registry of Communications and Public Relations this afternoon held a Customer Care engagement for both Judicial and non-Judicial staff under Arua High Court Circuit.
The engagement, held at Arua High Court, aims to enhance customer care skills among participants to improve service delivery in their respective roles.

He emphasized that quality service fosters satisfaction and trust. Reminding participants that litigants are the core reason for their employment, stating, "Without litigants, the courts have no job."
Acknowledging life's challenges, Justice Gidudu encouraged participants to plan for personal growth. He advised them to be ambitious but patient, cautioning them against taking shortcuts saying this could lead to future pitfalls.
The Judge further warned against corruption, reiterating the principle of justice for all, as enshrined in the Constitution. "Whether customers have money or not, we must deliver justice, as that is what they expect when they come to court," he stated.

He pointed out that the digitization of business allocations and the rise of artificial intelligence will shape the future of the Judiciary. "Sooner or later, people may not even need us," he remarked, urging participants to adapt to change.
