The Commercial Court in Kampala dismissed allegations that Soroti Municipality MP, Flight Captain Hon. Mike Mukula, breached a contract in a rental agreement he signed with South Sudan aviation firm Nanam Aviation Limited. In the judgment delivered by Hon.
